How Cattle came to Hawaii
Capt. Vancouver presented a gift of longhorn cattle to King Kamehameha I, at Kealakekua, in 1793. I watched a few episodes of Bear. I’ve worked in and around hotel and restaurant kitchens for 40 years and owned my own place for 10 years. It’s only slightly realistic. There’s not that much drama. Cooks are professionals that show up and do their job. A real kitchen would be boring.
