@tewha sound like a lower disc issue. I have Sondylolysthesis. Mt L5 slips out of line (old injury). It’s not an option for most, but I float in the pool for 20-30 min, takes weight off of my spine and offers relief. If I don’t manage it, I get those symptoms

@hollie Since most were USB A on one end, I based them on the device end. I also tried to put an easier to read label on charge adapters/bricks with wattage rather than trying to read the small print

@larand when I live in So Cal in the 80s N of Santa Barbara was kind of considered the line. We joked that once you got to Santa Barbara your blood pressure started going down and you start to feel more relaxed.

@grubz there was a merging of old Hawaiian music with new arrangements and new ideas. We also saw the first time a reggae beat was used in island music. It was a real break from the past.

@grubz 1977 has a place in my heart too. The 70's was really good for Island music in Hawaii too. I have a dedicated playlist for that.
