@help things are still wonky. Post from the web seem to post to timeline, but aren't in the posts list. Mac app seems to post to timeline, but also not in posts list. IOS has a 3 weeks worth of posts that in the post list that never went anywhere. replys seen to work. nothing going to Mastodon. dunno.
@help don't think i did anything. been laid up (shoulder replacement) and doing minimal nerdy stuff almost all on IOS

@dave_caolo My best friend is an artist. She was here on Hawaii island, but moved to Maui about 15 years ago where there is a very active art scene. It took her a while and was firmly established until the Lahaina fire. At the start she got her art in to coffee shops, got quite a few sales. I built http://www.bethcooperart.com for her many year ago. Squarespace is very good for cerators
@dave_caolo still kickin. Your art looks amazing. How’s the art market? I have a couple artist friends here in Hawaii I’ve worked with on things. Can be a tough life until you’re established, then the market comes to you.

@Ronnie when we flow to Europe we did Kona-Honolulu-DC-Heathrow. Return was Heathrow to LA to Honolulu to Kona. I think the layovers allowed good food and good coffee. The London to LA was 13 hours and was brutal.
@bennomatic I got a great deal on an M1 Mac Mini a couple years ago. Makes a great home server. It’s mounted on the side of my wife’s desk, you’d never know it’s there if not for the occasional restart chime
@Ronnie I was using Onitsuka Tiger shoes when I was playing volleyball in the 70’s and 80’s. Loved those shoes.
