@larand sure is. I sailed when I was young, but shifted to outrigger canoe paddling in my 30s-50s. Did manage some canoe sailing a few years back

Last week in my 2 week follow up, the surgeon told me the joint replacement will be fine, it’s the soft tissue and repaired muscles that will take time. I lost 75# after my knee replacement in 2017. Looking to knock down a bit more after this one.

@paulrobertlloyd I use a wired “1More” headset at home. My wife watches the big TV at night and I watch shows on my iPad or iPhone. Every I take AirPods out to take a break or grab a snack it’s a pain to hook back up
@velocykel Social media and the mass media of NOW has umasked it all to bare. Guess it's always been there, we just never saw it.
When I took PoliSci in '79, I really felt it was simpler.

@jgordon my Dad died of Lewy Body dementia. It was a very steep and slippery slope. He was at a care home a few blocks from us. I saw it first hand.
