My wife works for a Healthcare insurer. They are already had discussions that if these cuts happen to Medicaid it will collapse an already challenged healthcare system. Healthcare will become third world in many rural areas.
We have a lot of appliances in our place to deal with air. Dehumidifier, purifier, fans, air conditioners. Probably a fair amount of our power bill too.
I sure hope the Dems have some master plan in their hip pocket. Don’t hear a lot of ruckus from them, save for a very few.
It’s not guaranteed we’ll have an election, or at least a fair election.

Added AirPlay to an old Bose Wave Radio with this WiiM puck. Works brilliantly. The sound from that one device is excellent.
The most recent immigrant to the US in my family is my Great Grandfather from Italy in 1911. Most of my direct line ancestors came before there was a US in the 1700s and earlier. No options to self deport, Looks like I gotta see this through.
Added AirPlay to bring an entire new life to my old Bose Wave Radio. The Bose Soundtouch system has always sucked and been buggy.
I really really don’t like working mornings. I’ve worked nights most of past 40 years. I love getting home to a quiet home, take a shower and enjoy the solitude.
Switched to a smaller slow cooker a couple of years ago since it’s just 2 of us. If we do end up moving to California, that will likely increase to cooking for 7 or 8. Right in my wheelhouse.
