I’m almost 66 and could lose a few pounds, but otherwise healthy. Have been looking forward to my post-work years, however many years that is, but it’s getting very difficult to remain hopeful about the future.
Seeing a round of posts about to do apps again. Seems to cycle around every now and then. I haven’t change my set up in at least 10 years.
I’m not a gamer, so I came to “Last of Us” via the series. One of the attractions was Pedro Pascal. Regular shows don’t kill off the hero before the end, but this isn’t a regular show.

When were driving to Hilo this morning I saw so many trucks with OC-1s on top heading to Kona. On the way back home this afternoon, we saw the same thing going back the other way. That was me for 20 years.
Since I started study old Hawaiian music I understand where these song we hear all of the time came from. Who wrote the song and when, who first recorded it and when. Most of the songs being danced to in Merrie Monarch are the same. In my head, I hear an earlier version in head.
Hālau Mōhala ʻIlima (My Daughter’s Halau) is doing “Alii Iolani” for their ‘Auana performace. I love that song. The Makaha Son’s version is popular, but I think they are more likely to use something closer to the John K. Almeida 1925 version.
