I’ve been in customer service for 50 years. Something that I learned early is that customers don’t care, they don’t have to. They don’t care if you’re busy, a vendor missed a delivery or someone didn’t show up. As a customer I hate when a business gives an excuse for bad service. Find a way.

The router that I got a year started acting up. Primary WiFi network had been dropping out and laggy. I’ve gone through all the usual IT tricks with the modem and the router. Finally I pulled out the 4 year old router that it replaced. It’s working fine. I’ll have to reset the newer one to factory.

We’ve spent $9k at Costco this year and about $1k at Safeway. Our Executive Club is more than worth it. My wife will run into Costco for 1 thing rather than pay double somewhere else.
