My wife and I make a great team, we post tested positive for COVID the same day and are both trying to pull out of it at the same time. We both have some brain fog and just look at each other sometimes and just say “I don’t know”

I’m 66. I should theoretically live till my mid 80s. 2 of my grandparents lived well into their 90s. The other 2 had specific health issues. One ignored an illness the other had a bad work injury. First step is to get to retirement hopefully in July.

This Covid was persistent. I’ve never been sick or out of work for 8 days that didn’t involve a major limb replacement.
When I owned Canoes Cafe, I used to a statewide cable show from UH Hilo called “Focus on Agriculture” with Jack Fujii. I did it 7 times. It was live, one hour cooking demo and 30 min call-in. I had so much fun doing those and helped build business. I have the VHS tapes of the shows that I did.
