14 weeks. Kind of like when you have a baby. You count their age by weeks for an indeterminate amount of time.

Today I will be playing with food. The pork loin chops are currently in the brine. This evening we will have smoked pork loins.

Someone gave me these for Christmas. Not quite sure what to do with them. I’m kind of a coffee cup nerd and have my favorites. It will sit here for a while.
