I really want my Brydge keyboard to get here. My new iPad is pretty much set up. Word, Excel, Edge browser synced with work. Deleted some of the Apple apps that this device won’t be for. Want to try some real work.

Received my new iPad yesterday. Not the pro, just the basic one. Still noticeably more responsive than my old one and real battery life. Spent some time getting it dialed in and learning the updated iPadOS. The Brydge keyboard hasn’t arrived yet.

Woke up in the middle of the night last night and we were in the middle of a vast black out. I went out and it was dark up the mountain where there are usually lots of light. The cellular network was also down so it was dark and off the grid. At least I had my Kindle to read myself back to sleep.
One thing cool in the Get Back docu was seeing the Beatles break out into snippets of old blues or rock songs or even the very early Beatles songs. Those voices and instant harmonies.

My new iPad ordered in October finally shipped. The good news is Apple products are one of the very few things that actually ship and arrive overnight to Hawaii. Other companies say “overnight”, but it’s really 2-3 days to the islands.
