It’s strange that Delta Air does not offer any direct flights from any Hawaii airport to the Bay Area. Always have to go through LAX. Wanted to burn some Delta miles.
Watched Tenet and Tinker, Tailor, Solider, Spy on the plane. I was stuck in a window seat flying over ocean. The couple on outside both had laptops open, headphones on and food and drinks on their trays for 5 1/2 hours. All good, Gary Oldman is a redeeming watch.
This morning I was going 80mph on I80 from Sonoma to Sacramento, This afternoon 25mph on Alii Drive - with an ocean view :-)
There was an another couple on the same 6 hour delayed flight we were on Thursday and on today’s return. We sat next to them in the Kona airport during the delay.
Safely navigated the 1 hour 40 min drive from Rohnert Park to Sacramento airport. Now TSA and home (in 6 hours) provided no mechanicals or other issues.
Thoughts on our short foray in to San Francisco on Sunday. Pier 39 was a blast. Can’t wait to go to a Giants game next year. Most of the sign boards, building signs and billboards in the city are promoting AI and there are a whole lot of WAYMO cars. Saw 4 in a row at a stop light.
