The condo next to us is a revolving door of room renters. Makes my wife uncomfortable when I’m not home. The latest ones had long pakalolo smoking sessions 3-4 x a week. I generally don’t have an issue but they are upwind of us and this is a no smoking development. Also 3 or 4 units could smell it.
