I haven’t looked at the official Twitter App in a really long time. It’s really spammy. So many ads.
I still used Twitter to follow Football (soccer) news. Also followed a lot of foodies, until last Thursday. I rarely look at my phone for the 10 hours a day I’m in the kitchen and the 8 hours I’m asleep.
Looks like I’ll be opening NetNewsWire more often to catch up at the end of my work day.

Just finished season 1 of Perry Mason on HBO. Really enjoyed it. All of the other Perry Mason stories were of an old Perry Mason. This was him at the beginning.
Music is so important to me that I would delete everything else from my phone before I’d delete the music. Just saying

That missile attack mistake was 5 years ago. My wife and I were talking about it. The thing is, at the time, we both thought a missile attack was plausible. N. Korea was rattling their sabres and China was just being China, and Hawaii was attacked before (1941).
We lived far enough from town, that we did nothing, no place to go. She stopped cleaning (said “what’s the point”) and I grabbed a bottle of whisky.
I bought this album at Vinyl Donuts in Kapahulu back in high school 1975. I listened to it very loud with big headphones, like I am right now.

If the current eruption of Kilauea continues for a long spell with the resulting VOG (volcanic haze) we will see recent arrivals who moved here because “it’s Hawaii” move back to where they came from. We saw a lot of people move away in 2018.
