In our house, I work 5 nights a week, on my nights off my wife owns the TV, I stream on my phone or iPad. I could see myself picking up a later, more affordable version of the Apple Vision.

IMHO. I think Apple will be fine with less sales in V1 of the Vision Pro. It’ll be like they’ll have a large number of new real world beta testers. This isn’t their end game.

Starting to hammer out details on our epic 2024 adventure in Sept. Ruled out Europe, too far, that ship has sailed.

Planes, trains and automobiles. SF, Sonoma, Napa, Portland, North Dakota, Boston, NYC. 18 days. Family visits, Fun, History and a couple of bucket list items.

Looks like we’re going to replace our legacy Bose Lifestyle 135 with a Sonos Beam. It’s old tech. Bose is struggling to keep it up to date. It’s from a pre-steaming era when we had lots of peripherals attached. Now it’s just an Apple TV. We’re in a small condo and have 3 other Sonos speakers.

This year we’re planning a trip to Oregon to see granddaughter, drive to Sonoma to see my wife’s son and meet his soon be bride’s family then spend a few day in Napa. The 2nd trip: Amtrak across the county Seattle to Boston, then New York with a stop in ND to visit my In-laws. Aggressive schedule

Looks like we made a decision to not got to Italy. We’ve likely taken our last European trip. It’s just too far and takes too long from Hawaii. We’re going to take 2 shorter trips to the states and see family along the way in 2024
