Iʻve been combing through Hawaiian music archives looking for a recording of Alfred Unauna Alohikea (1884-1936) a Farmer, composer, musician who also served in the Hawai’i Territorial Legislature representing the Island of Kaua’i. I finally found Hanohano Kauai. His bio and photo attached.

Going through an archive of 1920 recording of Hawaiian Music. One predominant artist was July Paka 1874 - 1943vand his wife Toots Paka (Hannah Jones Paka) 1871 - 1942. He was born in Honolulu, his mother a favorite singer of the Queen. He moved to the US in 1917 and made it big.
