In a week I’ll be out of the kitchen. I’ve work in restaurants or hotels for 50 years. Took a break after I sold my cafe & between jobs a few years later. I’ve done every job in a restaurant. Dishwasher to GM to owner and everything in between. It’s been fun. We’ll see what’s next
From 1981-85 I lived in North Redondo and worked at TGI Fridays restaurants all over the LA basin. We also went to friends houses and out for evening all over. I’m sad. 😔

As streaming services continue to raise prices, for us it’s not about Streaming vs Cable, it’s about our personal budget. Choices will have to be made.
