White men in the name of Christianity stole native lands in N America, continued west and stole Hawaiian lands. Native populations didn’t believe in land ownership, so they stole rights to the land through paperwork native people didn’t understand and the got governments to do the dirty work.

Spending my life in Hawaii I live in short. I love Patagonia, but sometimes shorts can just be over engineered. They tried too hard.


This plant is the Natal plum. Often mistaken for a gardenia. It has beautiful, aromatic white flowers to draw you in, but it’s filled with thorns. Reminds me of few women I’ve knew in my younger days.
