I played sports since I was 10 years old. Football, baseball, volleyball, outrigger canoe paddling. 55 years later, my body still feels every hit, fall, dive and slide. Something is sore everyday, especially the echos of every injury I’ve ever had.
Interesting that Amazon is advertising no ads in Amazon music while adding ads to Amazon video. I don’t really have an issue with Ads on Amazon produced shows, but ads on feature movies is an issue for me. When I watch a movie, I don’t want interuptions.

Got an Apple Watch 9 for Christmas. It was purchased well before the oxy sensor issue blew up. If they don’t settle and plan to disable it via software update, I’d be inclined to delay updates.

My wife and I are starting early planning for a trip to Italy in late 2024. We both are not crazy about the long flights to Europe. My wife is actually dreading it. we thought about taking a cruise, but the idea of having to dress up and sit with strangers for dinner irks us even more
The Hawaiian islands are in the middle of the pacific plate. The oldest of the islands is Kure Atoll approximately 30 million years old. Though there is a string of seamounts running further northwest forming the Hawaiian–Emperor seamount chain that were much older before subsiding.
