Wanted a good wine just to drink. Wanted something French, due to tariffs, French wines are in short supply. Settled for a super Tuscan, old school wine from the ancient Medici estate. Sangiovese, Cabernet and Canaiolo. Was told let it breath 2 hours & it will have sediment let the fun begin
