It’s pretty common knowledge here, but Hawaiian Ocean View Estates in Ka’u is the largest subdivision on the US. 18 sq mi, 11,500 acres, 150 miles of roads, 11,500+ 1 acre lots. much of the mauka area is the wild west. Suggested you don’t go above the cloud line if have no business there.
