I posted earlier about the Hawaiian plantation home. Came across this on our walk. This is the same thing dressed up. Tongue in groove redwood siding (painted), single wall construction, louvres all around for cross ventilation. Wide eaves for more shade on the home. Open carport, this one under the same roofline.
