I often have sellers on Amazon simply not ship an item that is big or delicate when it’s using Prime free shipping to Hawaii. I get the message from Amazon saying the item is delayed and after such and such date I can get a refund. Checking the tracking, it never shipped. This happens often enough to be a thing
